What it is
BPC-157 is a pentadecapeptide — a chain of 15 amino acids — derived from a protein naturally found in human gastric juice. It is one of the most extensively studied repair peptides in current research.
Mechanism of action
Stimulates angiogenesis, accelerates tendon and ligament fibroblast activity, upregulates growth hormone receptors in connective tissue, and modulates nitric oxide synthesis. Also demonstrates significant cytoprotective effects in the GI tract lining.

Reconstitution protocol

Draw 1 mL of bacteriostatic water into a clean syringe.

Insert needle through stopper angled toward the glass wall.

Slowly inject water down the side of the vial.

Swirl gently 30 seconds until completely dissolved. Solution should be clear.

Label with date and refrigerate.

Injection protocol

Draw target dose (200–500 mcg) into insulin syringe.

Clean site with alcohol swab and allow to dry.

Pinch skin, insert at 45°, slowly inject.
04
Remove, apply pressure, dispose safely.

Log time, dose, and site — BPC-157 is often dosed twice daily.
