What it is

KLOW is an advanced four-peptide regenerative stack combining GHK-Cu (50mg), KPV (10mg), BPC-157 (10mg), and TB-500 (10mg) into a single 80mg vial. It builds on GLOW by adding KPV — a potent anti-inflammatory tripeptide derived from α-MSH — for enhanced inflammation control and gut health support.

Mechanism of action

GHK-Cu drives collagen synthesis and wound healing gene activation. KPV (Lysine-Proline-Valine) downregulates pro-inflammatory cytokines while supporting gut epithelial integrity. BPC-157 modulates nitric oxide and growth factor pathways for tissue healing. TB-500 promotes cellular migration and muscle fiber repair. Four complementary mechanisms working simultaneously.

Protocol notes

1–2 mg subcutaneously once or twice daily. Some protocols suggest twice daily for the first 2 weeks then reduce to once daily. Typical research cycle: 8–12 weeks on, 4 weeks off.

Commonly observed side effects

Generally well tolerated across all four components at standard doses. Occasional mild injection site irritation. KPV has a strong safety profile with no significant adverse effects in research literature.

Reconstitution protocol

Draw 2 mL of bacteriostatic water into a clean syringe.

Insert needle through stopper angled toward the glass wall.

Slowly push water down the side of the vial.

Swirl gently 30–60 seconds. Solution may have a slight blue-green tint from GHK-Cu — this is normal.

Label with reconstitution date and refrigerate immediately.

Injection protocol

Draw target dose into insulin syringe.

Select injection site.

Clean with alcohol swab and allow to dry.

Pinch skin, insert at 45°, slowly inject.

Remove, apply pressure, dispose safely. Log all details.

Stability notes
